Malaysian Ministers is bound by the Collective and individual responsibility. Collective responsibility means that the cabinet must speak with one voice.
No matter how ridiculous you think on the government's idea or policies you cannot speak publicly and must take place in closed doors.
An example will be when an opposition is giving out a statement, no matter they're right or wrong you can only disagree with them because you're bound by such responsibility.
Okay.. in the other end on the individual or personal responsible is on your personal act. You should resign alone when confronted with evidence on personal inappropriate. This is the part that our government or cabinet did not follow.
What this tell us? They only follow regulation or policy that favor themselves, unlike the other countries where their minister offer to resign on their personal act.

The 12th Malaysia General Election had over and all results has been announced yesterday on the 9th March 2008. Everyone not only the candidates but all the voters can't wait to see all the results during the election day.
Of course this is my first time voting and as a responsible Malaysian, I have to make sure that the future of our country really improve by real figures and not in the mouth of the stupid politicians where sometimes they not even know what they're talking about. Of course not every politicians are the same, there are a few of them who are responsible on what they do.
The results of the election is much surprise and fill with joy that all Malaysians actually know what is happening in the country and wish for a change for a better future not only for themselves but also for their next generation.
I guess the current government should really examined what went wrong from the pass 4 years in since the last election. But most of the problems came from only a few people in the very high ranking positions, they're selfish and ruining the country where the country suppose to be a prosperous and peaceful place for all race and religion (at least that is what I am think when I was young) until now that I am really angry on what is going on in the government.

As for the new parliamentary and state assemblies. I congrats all of you and hope that you really do what you've been promised in the past and bring hope to the country.
Yes. It was another Umno Meeting yesterday. Normally the members of the party will make use of these meeting try to present themselves as a better leader by picking all kinds of issue to be debate during these period. Let us see one by one the good and bad things said by these people.
First by our PM.
He had said that UMNO will opposed with violence which I personally agree the most. Islam is a holy religion and millions of people put faith into it, the good image cannot be ruined by those who are selfish and make use of this opportunities to use the faith of millions to fulfill his greed and needs.
He also mentioned that he wish to see a mature and freedom press which I think all press should be independent without any interference from any of the political parties and therefore the parties should sell off all their shares that holds on to these media to avoid any of the abuse being used within the media.
I totally agree with what our PM said. But of course like I said, such a meeting sure there is some selfish and brainless politician try to make use of the time to show their stupidity by saying statement that comes without thinking.
An UMNO youth representative from Penang said that Pigs should be totally banned from the country. He said that "Pigs brings no benefits to the countries and it only hurts the harmony of the countries (whose harmony?). He also mentioned that there are more and more teachers around that join the opposition parties and these people should be carefully watched during the promotion to avoid them to send bad information to the students.
I was totally stunned to see such a statement coming out from this guy. He should be send out of the country, maybe to Bangkok where I just came back and work with the "Ah Kua".
His statement is too biases. Opposition parties are legal and these are the freedom of any resident in the countries and should not be questioned by him. Pigs are food and there are many business opportunities created by bring better lifestyle to other races. What a jerk saying these stupid statement.
Khairy also said that those who did not hold the keris are traitor. What rights he had to control others??? Don't think he should said those words.
These people should be really careful when they're giving speech. They should not be thinking to impress others to think of promoting themselves as the hero. Being a leader, thinking how to promote the country and make the country improve is the first responsibility held by these people rather than wasting time on all these useless things. PIGS?? What to do with improving the country??
An ARTICLE I read recently by Michael Backman who had used to comment on Malaysian government. We've seen what our government do and here is how these foreigners see our government.
Although I feel a bit of insulted since I am a Malaysian but god.. What they tell is so true that I should admit we're facing a really serious problem in our country leading by these so called "LEADER". It would be doomed to our country if these people are not replaced by those who has the real quality and true leadership.
Foreign country lead their country to do research and invented their own roket to go on space. We pay other country millions to let our people sit behind the roket doing nothing but putting on news that we're in space and we eat "roti canai" and drive "teh tarik" on space while our education is so so so lousy at the moment but these money did not utilized to improve it.
Racist minister, useless and corrupt people... When can we get rid of them???

Where is the privacy when our world is becoming worst and worst each day???

Today I read the newspaper and see that our Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi is going to marry again after his wive died last year.
I must say that he is sure a happy man to marry again in his age after his wive died of from cancel.
Former prime minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad has congratulated Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi on his marriage today and for us as the residents of Malaysia just hope that marriage for PM is a small matter, the most important is to see the improvement of our countries is all aspects.
Once again, congrats our PM for his wedding.
I guess all Malaysian are not sure about our own culture either. There is one documentary broadcast by Da-Ai satellite TV mentioned about one of the Malaysian state that is controlled by the opposition party. Many of us think that we're really peace living in places like Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya such places but we didn't know that the real peace comes from Kelantan.
Kelantan is a nice state where all the cultures are actually blended together unlike our capital. At that place, we can see people in different religions staying together very peacefully. They can have people selling pork in yet other Malays sell their own fruits together at one place. They have Chinese schools where many Malays study there. Why aren't all these we see in the capital? We're being blinded by these people.. These politicians who is so selfish to make people confuse.
Sometimes it is really disappointed to see such incident.
Rape cases INCREASING in Malaysia the Last 5 Years

What is the main reason for these rape cases to happen? Did the police really investigate the reason behind? A total 2465 cases just year 2006 alone which does not include those cases which didn't do a police report.
I guess maybe we should let the pornography DVD to be sell legally like what was did in US, Japan, Australia and other developed countries. This might let them easily helped themselves rather than just going out hunting for girls.
Our beloved Police will say that the reason is because nowadays girls like to wear very sexy but I think that is not a valid reason. Rape cases normally don't happen to sexy wearing ladies but those who cover themselves up. Education is another reason.
Do you know that in the near future, Malaysia government is going to implement a whole new electronic number plate. The reason is to avoid and decrease the number of crime in stealing cars.
The price of the number plate is estimated at RM150.
All the cars in Malaysia will be forced to replace the existing one with the new electronic number plate. But one thing we don't know is the government just said "it will decrease the car stealing" but never mentioned how. Do you think a car thief will just drive the stolen car around and get detected? What is the point of replacing this piece of expensive material in our car since if it is stolen, the car will be dismantle anyway...
Changing such stupid electronic number plate will just cost us more once we got into accident.
