The 12th Malaysia General Election had over and all results has been announced yesterday on the 9th March 2008. Everyone not only the candidates but all the voters can't wait to see all the results during the election day.
Of course this is my first time voting and as a responsible Malaysian, I have to make sure that the future of our country really improve by real figures and not in the mouth of the stupid politicians where sometimes they not even know what they're talking about. Of course not every politicians are the same, there are a few of them who are responsible on what they do.
The results of the election is much surprise and fill with joy that all Malaysians actually know what is happening in the country and wish for a change for a better future not only for themselves but also for their next generation.
I guess the current government should really examined what went wrong from the pass 4 years in since the last election. But most of the problems came from only a few people in the very high ranking positions, they're selfish and ruining the country where the country suppose to be a prosperous and peaceful place for all race and religion (at least that is what I am think when I was young) until now that I am really angry on what is going on in the government.

As for the new parliamentary and state assemblies. I congrats all of you and hope that you really do what you've been promised in the past and bring hope to the country.
The 2008 election is coming this weekend. Have all of you know who to vote? My opinion is the current government really do need some change.
Recently heard a lot of BARISAN NATIONAL'S advertisement. Do all of you agree with what they claimed to be? I personally do not agree. One of the advertisement in my fm mentioned that under the rulling of BN, the crime rate has been reduce a lot and the places has becoming more peaceful. Another one mention that the price of road tax came down and it helps on economic stability and the people are enjoying good economic benefits.
ENOUGH!
People in the country has becoming clever and no longer be fool by these kind of lies. The road tax had went down but tons of stuff went up on price which is resulting the big inflation in malaysia. Also crime rate, maybe small part of place went down but a lot more places went up. I don't know they're really too naive or they think all people are non educated to put up these advertisement. Weird!!

If you notice, there are more and more cars now in Malaysia. Most of the drivers have started to realized all the problems caused by the increasing number of cars in the road.
- Traffic Jam
The current road condition and current highway is not enough to fit in all the cars.
- The number of car park?
Did you notice that in certain places, it is getting more difficult to even look for a parking? Parking is not an issue years back in Malaysia
- Not controlling the number of cars.
Our government is not controlling the number of cars and even companies like Proton and Perodua is continuing to boost up the numbers of cars in the road which makes it worst
- Stealing Cars
With the increasing number of cars, there are also increasing of car thieve
- Petrol Price is going up
We noticed that the petrol price is increasing and the subsidy is decreasing. This means that we're paying more each year and burning something that will spoilt the environment.
WHO IS BENEFITING?
Have we ever think of in such a case on the Cars, who is actually benefiting? When I think of this question, there are 3 main answer to the question.
1. Government
- They've reducing the subsidy that makes them have more money. If they spent this money for the good of the people then it is still acceptable but who knows?
- More cars will gives government a chance to gain another source of income. When they force the cars to only drive 80KM/H in a highway (who can really drive that slow in HIGHWAY?), more people will try their luck to fight the law and that leads to "SAMAN" or "FINE"...
- When there are more cars and not enough parking, that will lead to another "FINE"
2. Insurance Company
- We know that all cars have to buy insurance. Who else benefits more if there are more cars around?
- I've previously loss two motorcycle before. I can tell you the experience to claim the insurance. It always takes more time than it normally do, they get money is easy but need these companies to come out with money, it will be a litter difficult. And I always cannot understand if they're not giving you a full claims, what is the reason behind when we need to buy based on the insured amount? Since the price coming from these companies and many of us do not know how we can appeal. (Appeal may be successful but it may double up the time needed)
3. Car Service Centre
- Cars need service. And many of them used their expertise to profit unethically. Who knows?
So now. What the government should do? Is there anyone up there that really look into this situation seriously? If this situation going worst, what will happen for the next 10 years??
An ARTICLE I read recently by Michael Backman who had used to comment on Malaysian government. We've seen what our government do and here is how these foreigners see our government.
Although I feel a bit of insulted since I am a Malaysian but god.. What they tell is so true that I should admit we're facing a really serious problem in our country leading by these so called "LEADER". It would be doomed to our country if these people are not replaced by those who has the real quality and true leadership.
Foreign country lead their country to do research and invented their own roket to go on space. We pay other country millions to let our people sit behind the roket doing nothing but putting on news that we're in space and we eat "roti canai" and drive "teh tarik" on space while our education is so so so lousy at the moment but these money did not utilized to improve it.
Racist minister, useless and corrupt people... When can we get rid of them???
Today, it has annouce that the new LRT line expansion has been approved.
I have always think that Malaysia's public transport was really too poor compare to other countries even in Singapore. This is also one of the reason why Malaysian all plans to buy cars and result in all the traffic jams which all Malaysian are facing now.
I still remembered when I was in Australia for some visiting. The public transport there was awesome. You can buy one ticket and the one ticket can allow you to take a bus, train, tram and you can almost go to anywhere you wish. It is so convenient that many people don't even think of buying a car.
In addtion to their weather is so refreshing and cooling it makes you want to walk.
I don't think a Malaysian would like to take public transport or even walk if they have a choice..
I have always been thinking that our Malaysia's holiday is a litter too much. Not to mentioned on private sector but the government sector is one of the most serious case.
Have you ever think of when you wish to change something important like your passport, your ic or driving license which you will hardly get the chance to find a really good time to fit in? That is because the holiday for the government sector is way too much to make normal residents like us couldn't find the time to fit in just to change all these documents. Government sector is the most important sector in our life and all the most important documents must be issue by them and if there are a lot of holidays, how are we going to find time to change all these? We will if we find that their service is really fast but somehow it is not.
Came across a news at The Star. The government mentioned that the state representative are all trying to gain extra public holidays which I think is a bit too much. The government has done the right thing not to include those public holidays and also they're planning to reduce certain "extra" holidays which is not necessary to improve the productivity and competitiveness. Way to go, my Malaysia.
Non-Muslim who join muslim can change back in future

A religion is just a believe. You believe in it so that you follow rules and not make mistakes. But because of human ego, there are many things that is not suppose to relate to religion has been dragged into the situation.
Some people say they war because their religion wants them to. -- Who tell them? How they know their religion tell them? Who is the guy that initiate such massage? I must say that they are just bull shitting.
These people just human. They just use the name of their religion to do such stupid, uncivilized things and they think they do it for the so call god. What year is this? HELLOOOOO~~ Wake up my friend...
Rape cases INCREASING in Malaysia the Last 5 Years

What is the main reason for these rape cases to happen? Did the police really investigate the reason behind? A total 2465 cases just year 2006 alone which does not include those cases which didn't do a police report.
I guess maybe we should let the pornography DVD to be sell legally like what was did in US, Japan, Australia and other developed countries. This might let them easily helped themselves rather than just going out hunting for girls.
Our beloved Police will say that the reason is because nowadays girls like to wear very sexy but I think that is not a valid reason. Rape cases normally don't happen to sexy wearing ladies but those who cover themselves up. Education is another reason.
Good news to all Malaysian, we'll soon be able to register and apply our passport online without needing to wake up early in the morning, take numbers, do what ever ever that is in the procedures and wait for a few "years" to get back your renewed passport.
Currently they also planned to have a self-service kiosk in every state to fasten the process for the people to renew or apply for new passport.
However, this news will need only to wait and see whether it is workable and it need to proof from time. Because normally when our government said all these, it will either take ages to complete the thing or after the thing is implemented, the whole process made up a mess.. So, just hope and see
After thousands of ringgit I put into my car to repair. Just two months and it is again giving me problem. Mechanic 1 will say mechanic 2 didn't help you change this and that; mechanic 2 will say mechanic 1 didn't put up the screw for you...making me to pay for another god damn thousand ringgit.
Now days business is no longer like it used to be. Bigger the company, easier for them to con people like no body business... I read through an article saying that Maxis will disconnect your connection if you uses Maxis broadband in order to restrict you from wasting their resources. But whose resources is that??? Who pay for it??
Maxis did it first when it rolled out its wireless broadband service last year. Under the “Terms and Conditions” of usage, it had this little gem: “Maxis may, at its sole discretion, automatically disconnect the customer’s Internet session after a period of inactivity, which may vary from 20 minutes to 30 minutes.”
And if that’s not all, here’s the clincher: “Each customer’s total usage per month shall NOT exceed 3GB of data volume transmitted ...”
Now rumours have been flying that the country’s No 1 Internet service provider (ISP) TM Net is proposing to do something similar with its Streamyx broadband service.
What the heck not exceeding 3GB of data transmit. How the hell we need broadband if we only transmit a litter file.
Government also getting different than it used to be. Previously what we know is that thieve always do their job during dark place or night time and Police are in the bright side. But it seems that the world had changed now. Thieve and robbers can steal and rob morning in place full of people and police work is getting more like a thieve because even giving out fine also they need to do it secretly.
Tell me who else can we trust??
2/3 of Malaysian thinks that marriage is better than bachelor?

Although marriage gives them happiness, but many people still suffering from balancing working life and family life.
Some people think that if you have a successful working life, you should sometimes sacrifices some of your time to be with your family and that is the biggest reason leads to family problems.
For all the respondent for the research, Malay and Indian community are the one that still stick to marriage thinking.
Do you know that in the near future, Malaysia government is going to implement a whole new electronic number plate. The reason is to avoid and decrease the number of crime in stealing cars.
The price of the number plate is estimated at RM150.
All the cars in Malaysia will be forced to replace the existing one with the new electronic number plate. But one thing we don't know is the government just said "it will decrease the car stealing" but never mentioned how. Do you think a car thief will just drive the stolen car around and get detected? What is the point of replacing this piece of expensive material in our car since if it is stolen, the car will be dismantle anyway...
Changing such stupid electronic number plate will just cost us more once we got into accident.
