Sony Ericsson is coming up with a camera phone (C950) that I guess most youngster who like to take photo will be crazy on this phone. 8.1Mega Pixels Camera Phone I could say is the best camera phone currently offering in the market.
Looking at the back of the phone you will indeen see a full flash camera. Well design on the front as the buttons and screen looks rather luxury class.
HSDPA network (3.5G) which gives you a very good speed if you're surfing with your mobile phone like what I always do. But if you're really planning to surf heavily you may want to subscribe for the unlimited 3G package that currently U Mobile, Maxis and Celcom are offering.
Memory wise - this is the most study development of this product. Only 160MB in the internal which people are now talking on 8G, 16G or even 32G. How could 160MB enough for a camera phone that has a 8.1MP lens? They're not thinking at all now.
GPS - You should try to use the GPS. This is build in a-GPS model which I think rather useful as I've been using GPS phone for quite some time. It is worth buying for those who're always on the road.
Good phone but low memory.

I find a lot of articles taking about how one can explore his skills and find a job that suites him well. There are things like list down what you're interested in doing? Whether its sports or events. Then later find out what skills that the thing that interest you brings to you. Whether it is transferable skills or self management skills. Then list a set of jobs that can fit in well in term of salary, working environment and so on.

Ya ya. I am stuck in this part. I know how to identify but there just not that easy to find a job that can match your skills unless you're preparing to wait for the job to appear and starve to death before that. I've been looking into all the job sites and newspaper to look for a job that is suitable for me. I can say not that easy. Most of the time during these period, a lot of your friends or relatives who before that told you that they've plenty of jobs looking for people will suddenly out of jobs. And companies that you think of entering don't offer what you expect or they don't offer the position you're looking for. It is hard!!

Counsellor back in college will tell us all the theories but they just can't make the job there for you right? GOD HELP. I believe my skills and i believe my ability, i just need an opportunity, thats all...

Improvement on Local Car in Malaysia

After years of boring cars and poor performance in the local car manufacturer especially on the Proton brand which many people had been complaining on the quality of the car. I can see that starting the year 2008, Local car manufacturer are coming back with lots of improvement which is a good sign for all the Malaysians who did actually love local products (those like me who has no budget on expensive model will definitely hope for a cheaper yet good looking car from Protona and Perodua)

Yes. There are a lot of great news like both Proton and Perodua is coming up with new MPV models as well as the new Kembara is coming to the scene.

Perodua managing director Datuk Syed Hafiz Syed Abu Bakar indicated in a report by The Edge that we will see the launch of the new Perodua Kembara replacement model this year. The new Kembara will logically be based on the new Daihatsu Bego/Toyota Rush, and Perodua targets modest sales of about 300 units per month as they are going to focus on the Viva instead. The Kembara will not be a high volume seller for them.
Just a recap - the Daihatsu Bego or Toyota Rush that the new Perodua Kembara replacement is expected to be based on is powered by a 1.5 liter DVVT engine, similiar to the unit in the Toyota Avanza 1.5. It has a full time all wheel drive system. It first appeared as a concept car called the Daihatsu D-Compact 4X4 Concept.

Take a look at the leaked picture from Paultan.org. Looks much like a Myvi front with some Rush back ya??

First of all, there is a question to ask the readers. What do you think is the thing the current world most afraid of?? Jobless??? Dumped by lovers?? Bankrupt? WRONG WRONG WRONG!!!

In the 21st Century, more than 50% of the people most afraid to have lost their mobile phone. Funny? I don't think so. It is shown in an article that half of the people around the world have a phobia of losing their own mobile phone. So are you one of these people? You might feel relieve after knowing that half the people around the world is just same as me but don't get happy so early.
There is another report which shows that since people are so afraid of can't get in touch with others. They've tend to on their phone 24 hours a day (I am one of those) and it brings impact to health problem because of the radiation comes from the mobile phone. Read more on WiKi regarding this matter.

And since the number of mobile phone users is like triple of the total smokers in the world, mobile phone also kills more than cigarette. (I bet you didn't know mobile phone kills that much of people) when all the time the media and government tell us not to smoke, they did not control on how phone maker manufacture the phone.

But for me. Just like any other smokers. We can't just get rid of mobile phone right? Just remember, if possible just try to put it further from you when you're sleeping.

New Look and Feel

Just found a very cool clothing for eightdots.com.

Hope all the reader will like it. Thanks a lot on the eblogtemplates.com where they offer some very cool template for your blogs. It can be either WordPress/ Blogger depending on which services you're using. Surf the web for more information and you'll like it.

I found out that I am a person without patient. When I wish to do something I want it to be done straight away and the results comes straight away. But you know? Most of the things still need patient because there are many things that cannot just have results in a blink of an eye.

So, I plan to search in the web to see how to cure this "patient" thing. I found out that there are many steps that people on the website are willing to share. After reading, I think that those are just whole bunch of craps. Doesn't help at all. One thing that I thing help is to make yourself loss focus on what you think you can't wait for... Ya.. that helps..

When I am waiting for a phone call and can't wait longer, I just make myself focus on something else. Slowly, I find myself not thinking hard on that same thing again and again...

I think a lot these days on how I can convince the customers to purchase a newly develop products. The ideas of the product is so brilliant. In one single box, you can actually used for multipurpose.

Put in a 3G sim card where you can get HSDPA network (up to 3.6Mbps from Celcom, Maxis or U-Mobile). The product will becomes a internet gateway + router where you can share your broadband connection out through the build in WiFi. This will be the first features - Share your wireless broadband. Unlike other USB HSDPA modem where you can only use for a single PC/ Laptop. This is more useful.

Other than that, it can become your office phone. Not only one phone but with multiple extension (like intercom within your small office). Isn't that great? You can do free intercom and these extension can do outgoing call through GSM call. You can also have auto attendant to help pick up the call and transfer let the person to leave down message, dial an extension. The second features of the product - IP-PBX

SMS. SMS has becoming one of the powerful tools for business and many of the business does not know how to adopt this powerful features. You can't just save all your business partners in the phone and use your mobile phone to send out SMS all the time? That just don't feel right. Ok. This product can share the application out. When you connect to this product using the WiFi, you can actually use it's built-in web based application to send SMS, delayed SMS, group SMS. Save your appointments, meetings, phone books, to-do list and other useful features in the box. It will remind you by sending you SMS or email on your appointment. Isn't that great?

Not only that, you can even plug a USB printer and it will auto configure itself to be used by all the client who connects to it. Becoming a print server.

When you heard of something like this, you'll feel that it is really a powerful product but I just don't feels like I'm having confident to the product. I can't force myself to just sell the item because I know the problem behind it.

The 3.6Mbps speed sounds fascinating but it has a quota set by the Telco limited to each line on 3GB / month. Not only that, the speed is on a best basis which means it is not going to reach 3.6Mbps somehow. For me, I'd never tried on more than 500Kbps. Even streamyx will have a slightly stable and a guarantee of 75% of the speed, but not on the 3G broadband. 500Kbps some more you'll have to share with your office colleagues and with a quota limitation. How can you expect the performance to be at a reasonable standard?

Second thing. Yes, it can have multiple extension but there is only 1 incoming call and 1 outgoing call at a time which is a very limitation compared to the current PBX where it can support multiple lines. If such expensive item can support up to 15 - 20 users where all are only sharing for 1 line then it is a bit of unacceptable. But if you said the item support only 5 users then there is no need to use such expensive item. Either way, our product is in a Grey area of both the usage.

Third thing. Yes the most important thing is the stability. The product still not stable and our development teams can't manage to know what problems is it. It hangs sometimes and it works find sometimes. But sometime it hangs quite often (every 20 - 30 minutes). REMEMBER!!! if the product hangs that means you're no longer having internet connection, you can't make calls and receive calls, you can't print or send SMS or even access the box. You'll have to restart the whole box and wait for 1 minute at least for it to recover. But if it happens to often, you won't be able to finish even your email download.

Last thing, the print server. I don't think it works anyway. You can plug in a printer but you'll never be able to use the printer. That is a big issue.

I just can't convince myself knowing all these problems but remain to convince customers to buy and say that it is super stable and reliable. I am so confuse now!!! If I leave the company, I am just another jerk who doesn't have patient to hold long and if I stay, I'll have to sell this piece of product......What will you do???

Making Decisions!!

Today I got an email from my boss regarding making decision. Here it goes:

We have to make decisions daily. We need to improve the quality of our decisions. I have read this STEPBACK decision making ftamework which I thought was easy and can be effective:

Stop what you are doing
T
hink logically through each option
E
stimate the likely outcomes of each option
P
lay the probability game – what is the likely option?

Be sure that you have all the facts – do you need anyone or anything else?
A
ccept that you have made the best decision based on the facts you have
C
heck with your instinct – does it feel right?
K
eep calm and make the decision

According to the author, Hary Vurnum, the best managers follow this framework and make decision in seconds. It is like driving a car. Once you have learnt how to, and practiced enough, your subconscious takes over and does the work without you having to consciously go through the routine.

Try to adopt it so that we will breed happy customers and improve bottom line.

Maybe some of you can understand what it means but for me it is so complicated.
A simple decision can be made through forward and backward planning. This is how it goes:

Say you're in a mid of thinking whether you should continue your studies or you have to accept a job right away which offer quite attractive remuneration. Think again carefully what you wish to achieve in your life (maybe 10 years down the road or 20 years down the road). You maybe seeing yourself as a successful manager in a big multi national company which handle more than 5 countries in an IT industry. You drive a BMW and have a house in Bangsar having a wonderful family with 3 kids.
At this point of time you maybe earning like RM50k/ month and having some property.

So think backward, how do you achieve your status in such a moment, you'll at least have to be very experience in the IT industry. You maybe need a qualification in order to reach that point?
Slowly think back in 10 years where were you? You maybe still working hard and get the network you need. You maybe changing from your previous company where you think it does not comply with your future. And soon, you can imagine do you need your current study in order to reach that point or it is more important to get into the job right away and get the exposure you need.

Of course like the first method, the more you use and more it is recorded in your sub-conscious and sooner, you'll find yourself very effective in making decision.

There is no right or wrong way. Somehow, it is just a way to help you make your decision. Either choices can bring you to success and failures which is so much depends on how you actually use the choices you make at the first point as a journey of success.

Think about it..

What so special about this coke?

Do you know that this coke is worth RM500,000???
It is located at OUG one of the western restaurant. The coke is actually a product where in the past, they've accidentally pack it together with something else..

Which means that F&N didn't actually wash these bottles and just pack it with new drinks all the time...
See what I mean??

What is real?

I've asked myself a lot of times regarding this question. What is actually real? Do what we see or what we listen is real?
If we see something that happen in front of us, do we judge it as real?

REAL is actually a very mysterious "term". We only think it is real is because we believe it is real.
When your friend tell you something, you think it would be real because you believe in your friend. On the other hand if the same thing mentioned to you by another guy where you hate a lot, that "real" become "fake" or "lies".

A friend can tell a "lies" to you. Saying that he was born in the year 1979 but that is not the actual year of birth. He registered it as 1979 and he even show you the Identification card that mentioned 1979 as the year of his birth. You believe that it is impossible for it to be unreal and this makes you entering into the virtual "real" where you think is real and everyone else think is real too where in reality it actually don't.

This virtual "real" will soon become "real" because too many people saying it is real.

This conclude that the "real" here is actually how you make all people think that is real and how all the people support and have absolutely no doubt that there is anything wrong with the "real" then you've success to make the virtual real into "real".

Tell me now. Which of the pictures below are real and which are not?

For those of you who come to my blog everyday, you must be aware that these two days there are problem with the server.

I hereby apologize on the problem and hope that there will be less problem occur in the future.

Cars in Malaysia

If you notice, there are more and more cars now in Malaysia. Most of the drivers have started to realized all the problems caused by the increasing number of cars in the road.

- Traffic Jam
The current road condition and current highway is not enough to fit in all the cars.

- The number of car park?
Did you notice that in certain places, it is getting more difficult to even look for a parking? Parking is not an issue years back in Malaysia

- Not controlling the number of cars.
Our government is not controlling the number of cars and even companies like Proton and Perodua is continuing to boost up the numbers of cars in the road which makes it worst

- Stealing Cars
With the increasing number of cars, there are also increasing of car thieve

- Petrol Price is going up
We noticed that the petrol price is increasing and the subsidy is decreasing. This means that we're paying more each year and burning something that will spoilt the environment.

WHO IS BENEFITING?
Have we ever think of in such a case on the Cars, who is actually benefiting? When I think of this question, there are 3 main answer to the question.
1. Government
- They've reducing the subsidy that makes them have more money. If they spent this money for the good of the people then it is still acceptable but who knows?
- More cars will gives government a chance to gain another source of income. When they force the cars to only drive 80KM/H in a highway (who can really drive that slow in HIGHWAY?), more people will try their luck to fight the law and that leads to "SAMAN" or "FINE"...
- When there are more cars and not enough parking, that will lead to another "FINE"

2. Insurance Company
- We know that all cars have to buy insurance. Who else benefits more if there are more cars around?
- I've previously loss two motorcycle before. I can tell you the experience to claim the insurance. It always takes more time than it normally do, they get money is easy but need these companies to come out with money, it will be a litter difficult. And I always cannot understand if they're not giving you a full claims, what is the reason behind when we need to buy based on the insured amount? Since the price coming from these companies and many of us do not know how we can appeal. (Appeal may be successful but it may double up the time needed)

3. Car Service Centre
- Cars need service. And many of them used their expertise to profit unethically. Who knows?

So now. What the government should do? Is there anyone up there that really look into this situation seriously? If this situation going worst, what will happen for the next 10 years??

Top 4 ways to sleep better!

I think most people out there encounter times when they're so difficult to get in sleep even though they're already very tired. I myself encounter this too~

Counting sheep?? I don't think so because it is not working anymore. Sleep is also very important to keep us healthy and lowered down our blood pressure. Study folks who sleep more can basically has a better memory compared to those whom have less sleep.

Let's check it out the TOP 4 ways for us to sleep better and sleep well:

1. Reduce Screen time before bed
A haaa~~~ caught you right? Most of us check emails and blogs, play games and even watch movie on a computer screen before sleep (I must admit I do that very often).
There is a study showing that people that spend more time on screen before bed have a lower quality sleep compared to those who don't spend time on screen.

2. Exercise, exercise!!!
Yes, exercise more can help us sleep better at night. I tried this and it works. I am not sure whether it is because we're too tired after exercise and it basically helps have a better and quality sleep. ;)

3. Eat to enhance sleeping??? (this one sounds weird to me)
There are certain food that is good to enhance sleeping quality like the hot milk, bananas, potato. But don't think it can apply to us now since everyone is talking about diet. Who wants to eat before sleep??? Right??

4. Benefits of Power Nap!!
There are full range of article saying and telling us about the benefits of power nap. I guess you can just google "power nap" and you can find a lot of these articles. It is basically telling us how to make use of afternoon 20 minutes nap to keep us refresh and keep our brand function with full strength again. One of the article are here.

Of course the incident is not happened in Malaysia but yet it has started and soon somehow I guess it might apply here as well.

This girl name Jamie Thomson had shared 24 songs on Kazaa and find herself being sued for US$222,000 where she finds it ridiculous and hope to appeal.

Of course this is only one of many cases that happen when it comes to file sharing.
I guess if everyone of these people who shared copyrighted files would have to pay for US$222,000. Can you imagine that amount in the pool of money involved???

I personally feel that an iPhone is expensive enough for me. At least they are selling at RM2700++ now in the market (grey market in Malaysia) and it is even more expensive last few weeks before the announcement of the price drop. Hope that the price will be attractive to cover the market when it is officially announced to be launch in Malaysia.

But for those folks out there whom might think that an iPhone still does not cost them enough to feel proud and luxury about it. There is another new option now.

Get your iPhone now to be covered with 24 carot of gold. I think this would probably jack up the price 20 - 30 times even more expensive than the current market price. That will make you feel proud of.. And please don't drop it... it will be like dropping

Like Apple product other than just an iPhone? Or you just think that you even like the iPod shuffle (cheapest and lowest end of iPod series) model to be as expensive as your iPhone??

Okay... cover it with gold as well then..

This will make it the most expensive MP3 player in the world with Eur 9500. That is big money I guess huh? Maybe not for those rich fellow out there that have no where else to spend their money...

Well Well Well... For those people that think an iPod shuffle covered with only 18 carrots of gold is still not hit them hard enough?? Okay.. I've had it~~~ Just go for a MacBook Pro covered with gold and also the logo that covered with diamonds.

That will be more like it... does it?

GPS device for your notebook

GPS has becoming so popular now days. You can even get one for less than RM300 for a bluetooth GPS module for those mobile phone or even laptops that does not comes with built-in GPS chip set.

I've got mine 1 month ago and it works perfectly with my Nokia N80 as well as HTC Touch. Although you can't expect it to work in a super accurate mode but it can definitely bring you to places where you wish to go (but of course some time you need to spend more cause it is directing you using the long way instead of a short-cut way).

There is now a super portable GPS module that is built for notebook computer. You must be wondering why is it so different from other bluetooth GPS device?
YES. Correct, it is a mouse with a built-in GPS chip set which makes it the most portable GPS chip set for your laptop computer.

When I first saw this litter picture, I litter weird I must say. And how the hell those people are going to use it???

We know that we use PDA or smartphone with GPS is because it is mobile and portable and we always carry it around. Does that means that we have to bring our laptop around or maybe inside the car just to use the GPS function? We know GPS doesn't work indoor right? (at least I know).

I can't see the market but still ... They're creative I must say...

Differentiate Coffee

Thanks to Zi-Yuan, I've finally know how to differentiate coffee with this chart. I think all of you can also save this picture and put it in your mobile phone. So that when you're in Starbuck, just take your chart out and choose your coffee.
